Plant Bulbs or Plant Roots Refund Policy

We pack every item of your order carefully, so that it reaches you in good condition. However, anything in your package was not as it should be upon opening please read the return policy below and contact us if you have any other questions.

Order is received.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us with the following information. 

  • Order number.
  • Photo of the packaging showing the item name and quantity received.
  • Photo of the item.
  • Reason for contact.

Within 30 days.
You may return your purchase within 30 days and we will offer a refund (less than the shipping and handling fee). The return shipping fee will be the customer's responsibility. To be eligible for a refund, the exact item you received must be returned. We may offer courtesy refund. Please contact us with the following information.

  • Order number.
  • Photo of the packaging showing the item name and quantity received.
  • Photo of the item.
  • Reason for contact.

Within 60 days.
We no longer offer refunds or exchange. However, we may offer store credit or discounts for future orders in our store. Please contact us with the following information.

  • Photo of the packaging showing the item name and quantity received.
  • Photo of the item.
  • Reason for contact.

After 60 days.
We no longer offer refunds, exchange, store credits or discounts. Please contact us with the following information.

  • Order number.
  • Photo of the packaging showing the item name and quantity received.
  • Photo of the item.

Refunds Accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can takes 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Using Store Credit.
If you receive a store credit or discount from us via email.  You will enter the character code in the "Gift card or discount code" during checkout. You may use the store credit anytime you are ready to make your next purchase. They do not expire.

 

Refund Policy for Other Products

We have a 30-day return policy for other items that doesn't belong in the live plant category (plant bulbs or plant roots).  You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@flourishingventure.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital products, printable products (notebooks and books) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
